Consistently great service, selections, and pricing. Good ol' Books-a-million! Great atmosphere, plushies, and a good cup of Joe at Joe Mugs Cafe inside.

I love the staff here! The coffee shop is awesome and they always make my coffee right! They are very helpful and have pleasant cashiers!

My son and I stopped by to grab a Blues Clues book. The store was clean and very welcoming. My son had a blast looking through the books as this was his first time in a large bookstore. We couldn't find the book we came for but the staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely LOVE this Books-A-Million! The staff are ALWAYS so kind and friendly and helpful and TOLERABLE of my children 😂 The staff actually act like they LIKE seeing my children get excited about books and things! Honestly the books are probably more expensive than you'd get online, but it's worth it to go in the store and have that "book store experience" of being able to browse through and find something you think you might like. We will always renew our membership. Thank you Books-A-Million for caring for me and my family so we'll! 📚

Stopped by recently and had a great experience. What, or who really stood out, was Noriana. I had my daughters with me, and she was incredible with them. As a dad trying to find something engaging but age-appropriate that would actually hold their attention, she was a godsend. She took the time to talk with them, made great recommendations, and made the whole visit feel relaxed instead of rushed. We left with books everyone was excited about. I’ll definitely be back.

Best bookstore from forest city to Raleigh area hands down. So much larger and offers way more of a collection than any other store I could find. The staff are incredibly helpful as to locating books and even try to help you save money with coupons or promotions. Love stopping by this place if I happen to drive by its exit on the highway. 4 rows of manga btw and a bigger selection of roleplaying games.

Y'all!! I usually don't do reviews of this store. Even though I've shopped here several times and have always had great service. However, today, they absolutely deserve this review. Even though they are very busy today, they're getting customers checked out quickly and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Now, let's talk about Joe Muggs, the coffee shop in the store! I never knew their coffee was this freaking good! The young lady making coffee today was a joy to deal with and the salted caramel pecan toffee she made me was PHENOMENAL!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience today at Books-A-Million/Joe Muggs!!!

This Books-A-Millian has a section for many different interests. There are many different magazines to enjoy. The coffee shop is good, they have seasonal selections. If you're looking for a quiet place to study, this would be a good choice. There are also stuffed animals and gift ideas available. Overall, it's quiet, clean, and well kept. If you like to read, then this is a must visit.
